Pabna University of Science and Technology (PUST) 2021-22 academic year Bachelor (Honours) first year admission test is starting on July 30. The exam will be held in three stages in a cluster system. On the first day, the program will begin with the examination of the 'A' (Science) unit.
This information was shared by the university administration in a meeting with law and order enforcement forces on Monday afternoon. University Vice-Chancellor Hafiza Khatun presided over the meeting. At the end of the meeting, various departments of the law enforcement agencies assured to provide all assistance for the smooth completion of the entrance examination.
According to the public relations department of the university, this time 22 universities are participating in the admission test of cluster system. Students applying in the batch system can take the admission test in any of the 22 universities of their choice. However, 17 thousand 438 students will participate in the direct examination in 3 units in the centers of Pabna. Out of this, examination will be conducted in 10 other educational institutions except Pabna Science and Technology University Center in 'A' unit. Unit A exam will be held on July 30 from 12 noon to 1 pm.
After July 30, the examination of 'B' (Humanities) unit will be held on August 13. Apart from the university center, this exam will be conducted at four other centers. 5 thousand 345 candidates will participate in B unit. Then on August 20, the examination of 'C' (Commerce) unit will be held. 1 thousand 310 candidates will participate in this exam only at the university center.
When asked, Vice-Chancellor Hafiza Khatun said that all preparations have been completed for the smooth completion of the admission test. All developmental activities of the university will be closed on the exam day. No one can enter any center except authorized persons. Since there will be a large gathering of people, maximum cooperation of law enforcement agencies is sought. Pabna residents are also expected to cooperate.
