Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay of the processing or the DCMA notification.
Notice and Takedown Procedure
All users of all parts of the Company's system are expected to comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if the Company receives proper notice of claimed copyright infringement, it will promptly respond by removing or disabling access to the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, provided that the Company has investigated and determined all of these Claims are valid at your sole and absolute discretion. Company will comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA if a counter-notification is received.
Please allow at least three business days for complaints or counter-notifications to be processed. Please note that emailing your complaint to other parties, such as our internet service provider, will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to improper complaint filing.
Repeat Infringers
Under the right circumstances. Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate authorization of repeat offender users of its system or network.
Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
It is the Company's policy to consider standard technical measures it deems appropriate under the circumstances and not to interfere, i.e. H. technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works.
